LifeCourse can create an array of customized products to help your organization assimilate the important messages they have encountered by reading LifeCourse books or by attending a speech or a seminar.
This is particularly important if your leadership has decided to adopt a key strategy based on our generational method and you want to drive this strategy down through your grass roots constituency, membership, or workforce. Consider the following:
- Research Reports. Our clients often want to combine the LifeCourse Method with extensive research into their particular challenges. Ford Motor Company commissioned a report on historical mood shifts in the auto industry, and how the company should position itself for a new era. The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention asked us to research generational and cohort-related causes of youth obesity. Our in-depth research, analysis, and forecasts can help your organization meet its unique needs-and prepare for the long-term social and economic changes that lie ahead. Our deliverables may include a proprietary report, PowerPoint presentations, and discussions with organizational leaders.
- Original Surveys and Market Research. In addition to our own research capabilities, LifeCourse has formed a strategic alliance with Crux Research to provide our clients with custom surveys and proprietary data capabilities. Time Warner Cable hired LifeCourse and Crux to perform a detailed survey and analysis of the media behavior of today's Millennial Generation of youth. Chartwells College and University Dining Services asked for market research on the food and dining preferences of Millennial college students. We combine generational insight and market research to help organizations better solve marketing and workplace issues, and help managers and marketers leverage quantitative data in new and bold ways.
- Training Handbooks. Some clients request training handbooks to help employees or members implement a customized strategic action plan. The United States Army needed a handbook on how to recruit and retain the Millennial Generation. LifeCourse delivered with the Recruiting Millennials Handbook, which was put into the hands of every U.S. Army recruiting sergeant and has served as a guidebook for every branch of the U.S. military. Channel One, part of Primedia Youth Group, wanted to enhance their annual Teen Fact Book. LifeCourse reorganized the Teen Fact Book around generational trends revealed by the LifeCourse Insight.
- CD-ROMs and PDFs. LifeCourse Associates can provide clients with customized CD-ROMs or PDF e-books, which allows a company to distribute a digital LifeCourse product. The Young President's Organization (YPO) wanted to offer its members a unique product to follow up on keynote addresses by the authors. The resulting CD-ROM--for sale to the public--brings to life the author's perspective on how YPO members should prepare for the Fourth Turning, from both a business and personal perspective.
